Hachioji International Association

The International Association was established on July 20, 2008. The Association aims to create a cooperative multicultural society, which welcomes foreigners as local residents and offers a place for both Japanese and foreign residents to lead rich and safe lives. With the individual members as well as citizen groups engaged in international affairs, the Association works to promote internationalization of the region through offering support for foreign residents in their daily-life and communication needs and engaging in various projects relating to international understanding and international exchange in cooperation with the governments and associated agencies.
