Consultation services regarding general labor issues including pay, unemployment, retirement, labor hours, holidays, and other labor conditions as well as the relationships with employers are available for foreign residents in Japan as follows. The consultation is offered free of charge, and the confidentiality is preserved. Some labor consultation services are available in foreign languages.

* Interpreters may be provided for inquiries in languages other than English and Chinese. The interpreters are available in five languages including Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Thai, and Persian. To use the interpreter service, contact the office you are visiting to make a reservation in advance.
